The Lucky Ones Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between you and the operator. By registering an account or using the site, you agree to these terms in full. These terms are written in plain English wherever the law allows. Where a clause uses a defined legal term, the meaning is the standard meaning under the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Eligibility and account rules
You must be 20 years or older to register. You may only hold one account, registered in your real name, with accurate personal details. Multiple accounts will be closed and any winnings forfeited. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity carried out using your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately so it can be locked while we investigate.
Deposits, withdrawals and verification
Deposits are processed instantly. Withdrawals are processed within the times stated on the payments page, subject to verification. Verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested again if there are anti money laundering flags. The operator reserves the right to refuse a transaction in line with regulatory requirements and to request additional documentation where necessary to confirm source of funds.
Bonuses and promotions
Bonuses are subject to specific terms published with each offer, including wagering requirements, qualifying minimum deposits, time limits, maximum bets during play through and game weighting. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or bet patterns designed to circumvent maximum bet rules, will result in the bonus and any related winnings being voided. Fair play and security
The use of cheating software, bots, collusion, exploitation of game faults or any other unfair means is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure. The operator reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, withhold winnings pending investigation, and report serious cases to the relevant authorities. All games run on certified random number generators that are independently tested at regular intervals.
Account inactivity and dormancy
Accounts that have not been logged into for an extended period may be marked dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a small administration fee in line with the licence conditions, deducted from any positive balance. Re-activating a dormant account simply requires a successful login and, if requested, an updated verification check.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
All content on the site, including the logo, brand assets, copy, images, video, code and game integrations, is owned by Lucky Ones or licensed to Lucky Ones by its partners. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, frame or otherwise reuse the content without prior written consent. Acceptable use includes any lawful gameplay and account management; it excludes any attempt to exploit the platform, harass other users or harvest data.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Ones is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data, arising from your use of the site. You agree to indemnify Lucky Ones against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or from any unlawful use of your account. None of this limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Disputes, governing law and responsible gambling
If you have a dispute, contact support first. Most issues are resolved at this stage. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to the regulator that issues the operator's licence, with full contact details available in the footer. Account suspension and review
The operator may suspend an account temporarily where there is a credible suspicion of fraud, money laundering, problem gambling, breach of these terms or a regulatory request. Suspensions are reviewed within a defined period and you will be notified of the outcome in writing. Where a suspension is lifted, normal account activity resumes and any held balance is released. Where a suspension is upheld, the funds are released or held in line with the regulatory finding and the supporting evidence is retained for the period required by the licence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered players by email and a summary of the change will be published in the change log. Minor changes such as typographical fixes and clarifications take effect on publication. Continued use of the site after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version is always the binding one and previous versions are available on request through the support team for reference.
